Lowest Price Guarantee Guidelines:
Since it is practically impossible to visit all of our competitors' websites daily, we have put into place a Lowest Price Guarantee Program. Through this program, you are guaranteed to get the best deal through us on any teleprompter that we sell.
We will match and beat the final price (ie: price of the teleprompter plus any shipping charges) of another website by 4% or $50, whichever is less, when all of the following criteria are met.
- What we are matching is not from any auction sites including eBay, Yahoo Auction, etc.
- The website we are matching must be a site located within the United States and must be an established site advertising and competing in the same markets we are (typically this means the website can be found in the paid advertisements in the most commonly used search engines).
- The website we are matching must not require a login in order to make a purchase.
- We don't match one deal per day sites and/or daily deals on a regular site.
- The item that we are price matching must be the same class of product; Monitor size and type, mirror size and type, type of finish, etc. Most important the item must be the same in quality and the same in every other way and not pieced together using parts intended for other purposes like mic and music stands, etc. If the item includes software, the software must me in the same class as what we offer with all the same features and abilities.
- The dealer that we are matching the price must have the item in question in stock at the time of purchase, and the price for the item must be published on their website.
If any of the above criteria is not met, we reserve that right to refuse price matching. We also reserve the right to make the final determination whether or not the above criteria has been met and/or if the item qualifies for price matching.
Exceptions: We will not price match wooden built or DIY teleprompter kits, or any teleprompter sold by a company not currently established as a know Teleprompter manufacture or dealer.
To have us beat the price on an item, please email us the URL where you found the same item for less. You can just copy and paste the URL from your browser into your email and then send the email to us at sales-desk@zaprompter.com. When we get the email, we will visit that site and make sure that all the criteria are met.
Once we visited the site, if we determine that all the criteria are met, we will beat their prices by 4% or $50, whichever is less. Please note that the best price guarantee voids all offers including free gifts (with the exception of the polishing cloth), coupons and any other promotion offers we may have
